My Bookshelf

I just had a realization that I'm focusing my studies right now on something I find incredibly interesting. Maybe that was obvious to you, but from my detailed up close day to day activities sometimes the big picture gets lost. Ever wake up and realize you are doing exactly what you always wanted to? That is today for me, lucky girl. All this stemmed from going over to my bookshelf and reading the titles.. "The message from water", "the root causes of biodiversity loss" "water for a changing world" "non-governmental organizations and rural poverty alleviation". Ignore that Microeconomics one, that is there because it has to be says TU Delft. What made me smile when I looked at the books was to realize all the experiences behind the books. Most were given to me either through conferences or organizations I have visited in the past 2 years. Although I have a lot of work ahead of me, I'm happy it is in the topic that it is, because these questions and ideas will keep me busy for a lifetime or 100 lifetimes, I hope I can be committed that long 'cause imagine a world of beautiful clean water everywhere!
